Bond/End of Lease/Exit Cleans
	Moving out, want to get your bond back from your landlord or Real Estate Agent? Our Home Services Cleaning will work with you to ensure your rental property is thoroughly cleaned. Should you need carpets cleaned we can arrange that too. PLEASE NOTE - To undertake a bond clean properly, property should be empty of all furniture and effects unless it is a furnished rental property. Payment is required prior to work commencing and payment can be made in cash or by EFT to nominated Bank Account prior to Bond Clean Should you not be available to be on site at time of bond clean, then access to property must be available prior to scheduled Bond Clean If the property scheduled for a bond clean is not in the condition as originally quoted, then we reserve the right to amend the quote.
